Purpose:

• Get the topic list with rising popularity Parameters:
• page: Page number
• page_size: Number of items per page
• date_window: Time window, 1 by hour 2 by day
• keyword: Search keyword to filter the billboard, empty for all
• tags: Sub-level vertical category tag, empty for all, multiple tags need to be passed in {"value": "{top-level vertical category id}", "children": [ {"value": "{sub-level vertical category id}"}, {"value": "{sub-level vertical category id}"} ]} Return:
