Information is used to operate, secure and improve SandBase; process requests and billing; provide support; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations.
3. Model and API providers
Requests may be sent to the provider selected by your workflow. Provider processing is governed by its terms and the configuration visible in SandBase.
4. Storage and retention
We retain information for the period needed to provide the Service, satisfy legal requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Workspace controls may support earlier removal for eligible data.
5. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; protect API keys and report suspected compromise promptly.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable and manage workspace, communication and credential settings through Console.
