1. Agreement
By creating an account, accessing or using SandBase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you represent that you can bind it.
2. The Service
SandBase provides access to Models, APIs, Skills, Agent workflows and related runtime and management tools. Features may evolve as providers and operational requirements change.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for account, API key and workspace activity. Keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass safeguards, disrupt systems or attempt unauthorized access. You remain responsible for inputs, configurations and outputs.
5. Fees and third-party services
Usage charges follow published pricing and the services selected. Third-party Models and APIs may have their own terms, availability and output limitations.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to process it and provide the Service. SandBase retains rights in the platform, documentation and related technology.
7. Availability and liability
The Service is provided subject to applicable service commitments. To the extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental and consequential damages are excluded.
