Purpose:
- Get Weibo real-time hot search ranking (Top 50) and rising trends Return:
- Hot search list, including:
- Real-time Hot Search: Top 50 hottest topics, sorted by popularity
- Rising Trends: Topics that are rapidly gaining attention Note:
- This is official Weibo hot search data
- Each entry includes: rank, topic name, heat value, tags (new, hot, trending), etc.
