Get promoted accounts
Purpose:
- Get the list of Douyin accounts that have been promoted (have orders) under the current DOU+ account, with cursor pagination
- Requires a valid www.douyin.com web Cookie Parameters:
- cookie: User's www.douyin.com web Cookie (required)
- limit: Number of accounts per page, default 20
- cursor: Pagination cursor, empty for first page, then pass the
sortIDvalue from the previous response Return: - List of promoted accounts (nickname, sec_uid, etc.)
