Search DOU+ user
Purpose:
- Search Douyin users in the DOU+ delivery context, by Douyin ID / nickname
- Supports cursor pagination Parameters:
- keyword: Search keyword (Douyin ID / nickname) (required)
- count: Number of results per page, default 20
- cursor: Pagination cursor, 0 for first page, then pass the cursor from the previous response Return:
- Matched user list (nickname, Douyin ID, sec_uid, follower count, etc.) plus cursor / has_more
