Search videos (by title)
Purpose:
- Search DOU+ videos by title/keyword, with cursor pagination Parameters:
- keyword: Video title or keyword (required)
- cursor: Pagination cursor, 0 for first page, then pass the cursor from the previous response
- count: Page size, default 12 Return:
- Matched video list plus pagination info
