Get DOU+ sec_token for POST requests
Purpose:
- Get the sec_token required by DOU+ authenticated POST endpoints (e.g. cost estimation)
- Requires a valid www.douyin.com web Cookie Parameters:
- cookie: User's www.douyin.com web Cookie (required) Return:
- Data containing the sec_token, used for subsequent DOU+ authenticated POST endpoints
